根据我们租赁协议的条款, it is a resident's responsibility to transfer and pay for all utilities available to the property (Gas & Electric, Water, 垃圾, TV, Telephone, etc.), unless otherwise agreed in writing by PURE Property 十大赌博信誉网站.

Here is a list of common utility providers for your convenience. Make sure you have all utilities transferred into your name prior to your move-in date. This is a requirement of your lease and keys will not be provided until proof of utility transfer by your lease commencement date has been confirmed.

They will get you the best rates and take you through the entire utility setup process. The Concierge Utility 团队 will 联系 you by phone to help you setup your utilities at no additional cost to you. You may also 联系 them yourself directly by calling 877-528-3824.

The Concierge Utility 团队 will 丙氨酸empt to 联系 you up to 3 times. If you do not want to be bothered or you prefer to set up your utility service yourself without their assistance, please locate your service providers and give them a call to start, remove or transfer utility service at your new (rental) home.
